Delete Your Account

Deck League (operated by Not Playing Games LLC) lets you permanently delete your account and associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1: In the app (immediate)

Sign in to Deck League (web, iOS, or Android).
Open your Profile page.
Scroll to the DANGER ZONE section.
Tap DELETE ACCOUNT FOREVER and confirm.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. It removes your profile, lineups, match history, and any card progress. Opponents in matches you played will see you as “Removed Player” in their past results — no personal information remains attached.

Option 2: By email

If you can't access the app, email info@deckleague.com from the address associated with your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. We verify ownership and process the deletion, and confirm by reply when it's complete.

What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted: your sign-in credentials, profile (username, avatar, contact details), lineups, match history, card progress, and friend connections.
Kept: anonymized match records other players participated in (shown as “Removed Player”), and purchase transaction records retained for tax and fraud-prevention purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy (Data Retention).
